<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter for preventing generation of leak of current and drop of conversion efficiency by controlling local expansion of an aluminum substrate because of existence of aqueous solution of hydrofluoric acid diffused into crystal grain boundary of the aluminum substrate, and to provide a manufacturing method of the photoelectric converter. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric converter includes the aluminum substrate 1 having the purity of aluminum of 99.90 wt.% or less among the alloy number specified in JIS H 4000, a spherical crystal semiconductor particle 2 of the first conductivity type, allowing formation of a semiconductor 3 of the second conductivity type at the surface thereof and being formed by bonding of the plurality of particles keeping mutual intervals on the aluminum substrate 1, an insulating layer 4 formed among crystal semiconductor particles 2 at the one principal surface of the aluminum substrate 1, and a transparent conductive layer 5 formed at the upper part of the crystal semiconductor particle 2 and on the insulating layer 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
