<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present an exercise menu by reflecting a health status of a user in an exercise support system for presenting an exercise menu appropriate to each user of an exercise facility. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a blood component measurement part 13 for measuring blood component data of the user; an exercise menu decision part 14 for deciding the exercise menu of the user on the basis of the blood component data measured by the measurement unit 13; and an exercise menu presentation part 15 for presenting the exercise menu decided by the decision unit 14 to the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
