<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desired image information to a user while the leakage of information included in medical information which should be kept in secrecy is prevented in the medical information management system. <P>SOLUTION: The medical information management system 10 for memorizing medical information related to image information and the image-attached information to a memory device and managing the medical information, has a secret information identifying part 42 for identification of information which is kept in secrecy from the image-attached information included in the medical information, a recording part 44 for coordinating the medical information and the secret information and recording them to a recording media, a read out part 51 for reading out required medical information from the recording media while the secret information corresponding to the required medical information is read out, an identifying part 52 for identifying the display area of secret information from the image-attached information included in the required medical information, and a display part 55 for keeping the display area of the secret information in secrecy and displaying the required medical information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
