摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current lead capable of improving mechanical strength, of reducing a heat conduction amount, and of reducing magnetic field application angle dependency. SOLUTION: This current lead 1 is composed of: a pair of electrode members 2 and 3 each formed of copper or a copper-based alloy; a support member 4 connecting flanges of the pair of electrode members by arranging the flanges oppositely to each other; and tape-like oxide superconductive wires 5 and 6 electrically connecting the electrode members 2 and 3 to each other. The electrode members 2 and 3 are each formed of a low-resistance metal. The support member 4 is formed of a non-magnetic material such as GFRP or a stainless alloy and a low-thermal-conductivity material. The tape-like oxide superconductive wires 5 and 6 are electrically connected to the electrode members 2 and 3 by solder. Stabilization layers of the tape-like oxide superconductive wires 5 and 6 are tightly attached or jointed to the support member 4 so that tape surfaces thereof are set nearly parallel to the direction of a magnetic field generated by an oxide superconductive apparatus, that is to say, electrodes 2b and 3b on flat plates are arranged nearly in parallel to the tape surfaces.
