PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sealed vibration-proofing device capable of simultaneously realizing low dynamic springing in inputting small amplitude vibration by a movable film, high damping in small amplitude vibration by an orifice passage and prevention of a cavitation phenomenon in inputting large amplitude vibration. SOLUTION: A first fitting 1 and a second fitting 2 are connected to each other by an insulator 3, a main liquid chamber 5 and an auxiliary liquid chamber 6 are partitioned by a partition member 4 inside, and the main liquid chamber 5 and the auxiliary liquid chamber 6 are connected to each other by the orifice passage 8. The partition member 4 is free to move between a stepped part 11 and an outer peripheral fitting 13, pressed and liquid-tightly adhered on a seal 14 on an upper surface of the outer peripheral fitting 13 until inputting of large amplitude vibration by a spring means 12, and a leak passage 10 and the auxiliary chamber 6 are cut off from each other. The cavitation phenomenon is prevented by displaying high damping by the orifice passage 8 until inputting of the large amplitude vibration, reducing capacity of the main liquid chamber 5 as the partition member 4 moves to the side of the main liquid chamber 5 against the spring means 12 in inputting the large amplitude vibration and simultaneously canceling negative pressure by leaking working liquid to the main liquid chamber 5 from the auxiliary liquid chamber 6 through the leak passage 10.
