PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that trace length has to be further secured long to make it difficult to acquire data in search, or the like in order to determine the right or wrong of acquired data because the trace length for acquiring one piece of information becomes long when the number of bits of the entire land pre-pit block is reduced. SOLUTION: In the land pre-pit block, identification information is arranged at bit positions of "9" to "11" being almost the center of pre-pit data block. An optical disk device can recognize information reproduced between a pre-pit synchronizing signal and the identification information as first record information and recognize information reproduced between the identification information and the next pre-pit synchronizing signal as second record information. Since the identification information is shared to identify the first record information and the second record information, the identification information is 13 bits being the same as the trace length for acquiring one piece of record information, and in addition, the number of bits of the entire land pre-pit block can be reduced than in the conventional configuration.
