PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for reviewing a reference value according to storage information stored in an information region when the reference value of the quantity of information stored in each of a plurality of information storage regions is determined. SOLUTION: This information processor is configured to limit the quantity of pieces of storage information to be stored in each of a plurality of information storage regions according to a reference value preliminarily decided for each information storage region, to acquire relevant information about storage information to be stored in each information storage region, and to change the reference value decided about each information storage region on the basis of the acquired relevant information.
