PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve effective image quality adjustment processing by performing deformation processing and pixel value processing. SOLUTION: This image processor has: a first processing part performing the deformation processing for deforming an area included in a target image; and a second processing part performing the pixel value processing that is associated with the deformation processing, for adjusting a pixel value of a pixel included in the target image.
