PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound reproducing device capable of outputting auxiliary sound with which a listener clearly listens to any sound such as desired music pieces and speech, even when there is comparatively small noise. SOLUTION: While first sound having a specific frequency, and second sound which is higher in frequency than the first sound are switched over with a fixed interval by turns, when the first sound is output from either one of speaker, the second sound is output from the other speaker. When the second sound is output, it is output as higher sound in frequency than the first sound at a first specific period, and later, it is output as further higher sound in frequency than the first sound.
