SOLUTION: Heat treatment including carburization or carbonitriding treatment is performed to make a material parameter Y 600 or larger expressed by an expression (1) Y =(0.4 (εhkl-0.748)+1.2+ 3/√dM) (M -4σ) with an old austenite maximum particle size dM(μm) of a core, an average value M and a standard deviationσof the hardness (Vickers hardness : Hv) of the core, and local strainεhklcorresponding to dislocation density as variables.
