PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a variation in a flow rate characteristic, when the variation in the flow rate characteristic caused by play in the vertical direction and an installation attitude are changed, in a constant flow rate valve having a valve element by a conical coil-shaped spring and a damper device. SOLUTION: This constant flow rate valve has: the conical coil-shaped spring 20 forming the valve element; a damper member 40 having a piston 41 positioned in its small diameter end part 21; a valve supporting casing 10 supporting a large diameter end part 22 of the conical coil-shaped spring 20; and a damper hole 14 arranged in this valve supporting casing 10 and having the piston 41 fitted therein. The large diameter end part 22 of the conical coil-shaped spring 20 is pressed down by a pressing member 50 by interposing an elastic body 70 in the valve supporting casing 10. Actually, a groove 17 is formed in the valve supporting casing 10, and the elastic body 70 is arranged in this groove 17. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
