PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire resistant two-layer pipe coupling, its connection method and its construction management method, extremely easy in pipe construction management such as being capable of easily specifying a water leakage place of a coupling part and its cause. SOLUTION: This fire resistant two-layer pipe coupling is composed of a synthetic resin inner pipe 1 and a fire resistant material outer layer part 2. The fire resistant two-layer pipe coupling is constituted so that a part of at least the coupling part 3 of the inner pipe 1 is transparently formed, and the fire resistant material outer layer part 2 is formed in a part except for the coupling part 3 of the inner pipe 1, and a covering outer layer part 8 is not formed in a part or the whole of the coupling part 3 of the inner pipe 1. This connection method of the fire resistant two-layer pipe coupling forms the covering outer layer part 8 over the whole surface of the coupling part of the inner pipe 1 after connecting a conduit 4 to the inner pipe 1. This construction management method of the fire resistant two-layer pipe coupling is characterized by confirming a connection state of this connection part from an external part by means of visual observation after inserting, fitting and connecting an end part of the conduit 4 into the inner pipe 1 of the fire resistant two-layer pipe coupling by using a coloring adhesive by using the fire resistant two-layer pipe coupling.
