PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle capable of further suppressing oil leakage from a breather device by utilizing a space for a transmission shaft mounted at the top of a transmission case. SOLUTION: The breather device 9 is provided to communicate with a space S in which a transmission shaft 25 is mounted at the top of the transmission case 3. The case width in the longitudinal direction of the transmission shaft 25 in the space S is made larger than the length in the longitudinal direction of an nearest intermediate transmission shaft 21 upstream in a transmitting direction, among intermediate transmission shafts which transmit power to the topmost transmission shaft 25.
