PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device capable of preventing the excessive emission of a carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon from becoming over-rich due to an excessive controlled quantity while controlling a quantity of oxygen excessively accumulated in a three-way catalyst to an appropriate level. SOLUTION: In a control device starting an F/B initial value from a rich side after recovery from fuel cut, the F/B value started from the rich side is initialized to a center value when a downstream side O2 sensor output reaches a predetermined value at which the output is rapidly changed from a lean side to a rich side or greater.
