PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-faced foamed tacky sheet, which is used for the fixation of a liquid crystal display module unit and a back-light unit in a liquid crystal display, and which has the excellent adhesion reliability by virtue of the firm adhesive strength, and also which can allow to separate apart easily and naturally the liquid crystal display module unit and the back-light unit by the heat treatment. SOLUTION: The double-faced foamed tacky sheet 6, which is a double-faced foamed tacky sheet used for the fixation of a liquid crystal display module unit 7 and a back-light unit 5 in a liquid crystal display, has a substrate 1 provided on its both faces with such thermally releasable tacky layers 3A and 3B as contain thermally expansible minute spheres, with the foaming temperature of one thermally releasable tacky layer 3A being different from that of the other thermally releasable tacky layer 3B.
