PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preventing a cerebral nervous disease which can effectively massage the brain. SOLUTION: By using ultrasonic oscillation generated by a pair of ultrasonic oscillators 4a, 4b alternately driving in a cycle non-synchronous with heart beat and a stereo-oscillation wave of music generated by a pair of musical oscillators 5a, 5b together, the brain is gently and effectively massaged without performing excessive head massaging. By the apparatus, the blood flow in a deep part of the head is promoted, and the rise and decay of the oscillation energy generated by the ultrasonic oscillators 4a, 4b are relieved by modulators, thus the oscillation impact on the head can be softened.
