PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working convenience on a user's radiogram interpretation. SOLUTION: The medical image processing device includes a modality 5 to generate medical image data and transmit it to a data management server 2. The data management server 2 sets reference acceptance/non-acceptance information of the received medical image data, and memorizes the medical image data in a medical image DB 3 to be associated with the reference acceptance/non-acceptance information. The data management server 2 extracts the medical image data to be transmitted to a client 4 from the reference acceptance/non-acceptance information of the medical image data.
