PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for alleviating obesity, and carrying out health management without deteriorating the health condition while determining whether or not the method is properly carried out. SOLUTION: Acetone and hydrogen concentration in expiration are measured, and the values are monitored, so that specific problems to solve related to lifestyle can be determined.
