PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently supply a patient with oxygen while keeping a bronchoscope in his throat for protecting him from hypoxemia, and send oxygen into his throat in ideal conditions regardless of the situations where the spray of anesthetic drug has to be suspended. SOLUTION: The bronchoscope apparatus is provided with a bronchoscope 1 having a spray hole 7 to transport an anesthetic drug M from its rear part to its leading end, and a spray device 2 to supply the spray hole 7 of the bronchoscope 1 with the anesthetic drug M mixed with air. The spray device 2 comprises a spray tube 3 connected with the spray hole 7 of the bronchoscope 1 and a liquid-tight tank 4 filled up with the anesthetic drug M in a fixed amount by connection with this spray tube 3. In this bronchoscope apparatus, the spray tube 3 is connected with an air supply source 5, and the anesthetic drug M stored in the liquid-tight tank 4 is supplied to the bronchoscope 1 from the spray tube 3 driven by and together with the pressure air supplied from the air supply source 5. The bronchoscope apparatus has an opening/closing valve 6 at the spray tube 3 for controlling the supply of anesthetic drug M of liquid-tight tank 4, and controls its supply by opening or closing this valve 6.
