PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply steam and mist to the skin in a comfortable posture, to enlarge the range of the mist to be applied to the skin, to increase a mist amount while keeping the particle size of the mist small, and to sufficiently improve usability and the effect of activating the skin by warm/cold stimulation. SOLUTION: The beauty appliance C is provided with a steam generating mechanism 10 for ionizing the steam generated by heating water supplied from a water supply route 24 by discharge and jetting it from a steam nozzle 1 and a mist generating mechanism 20 for jetting the mist obtained by mixing the water supplied from the water supply route 24 and air forcibly fed from a pump 8 from mist nozzles 2. When giving warm or cold thermal stimulation by the steam and the mist, the mist generating mechanism 20 is provided with the plurality of mist nozzles 2 for jetting the mist, and the plurality of mist nozzles 2 are disposed at intervals around the steam nozzle 1.
