A fixed fence (16) having first and second ends (18, 20) is provided, the fixed fence (16) being mounted to the planar surface (14) of the base (12). A moveable fence (22), has first and second ends (24, 26), with the first of the moveable fence ends (22) being pivotally attached to the first end (18) of the fixed fence (16).
