A coupling method of a precast member is provided to shorten a period of construction effectively. A coupling method of a precast member comprises the steps of dividing a structure to be constructed into plural sections, manufacturing plural piece members(110) corresponding to a first section to be formed firstly among the plural sections, manufacturing plural piece members(120) corresponding to a second section to be formed secondly among the plural sections, coupling the plural piece members of the first section, coupling the last member(113) among the plural piece members of the first section and the initial member(121) among the plural piece members of the second section by a cast-in-place method, and coupling the plural piece members of the second section.
