<p>A retreaded tire having improved balance is produced with high efficiency. The thickness of a joint part (F) in a retreaded tread rubber (T) is the largest value on the circumference. In the application of a retreaded tread rubber (T), when the position of the joint part (F) is rendered consistent with the minimum position (S) where the rubber gauge (G) as measured in a tire radial direction from a retreaded face (K) in a base tire (D) to the outer face of the outermost belt cord (L) embedded in the outermost belt layer, among the belt layers constituting the belt, located on the radial outermost side of the tire is minimal on the circumference(corresponding to the light point position of static unbalance), the total rubber gauge of the tread rubber (T) at the joint part (F) surely approaches to the total rubber gauge at other circumferential position, whereby poor balance can be effectively reduced.</p> |
