<p>A high voltage power apparatus is provided to minimize the volume of a system and spark phenomenon between output terminals and prevent damage of components by arranging a circuit of each component parallel for outputting high voltage from an input signal terminal to a final output terminal. A first and second high pressure output controllers(120, 130) control the output of the high pressure output signal. A plurality of transformers(140, 142, 144, 146, 150, 152, 154, 156) transforms the output signal by the first and the second high pressure output control. Secondary side output terminals of a plurality of transformers are arranged on the edge portion of the substrate.</p> |
