<p>A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a plate using a waste resin mixture are provided to effectively prevent the waste resin mixture from being deformed when the waste resin mixture is cooled and to maximize bending strength of the plate after the plate is manufactured by disposing a plurality of reinforcements in the waste resin mixture at predetermined intervals, and the plate manufactured by the method and apparatus is provided. As a method of manufacturing a plate using a plate manufacturing apparatus comprising a molding frame into which a waste resin mixture is injected to mold the waste resin mixture, and a reinforcement fixing frame disposed within the molding frame to fix a plurality of reinforcements, a method for manufacturing a plate using a waste resin mixture comprises: a step(ST100) of arranging and fixing a plurality of the reinforcements onto the reinforcement fixing frame at predetermined intervals; a step(ST110) of injecting molten waste resin mixture into the molding frame such that the respective reinforcements are immersed in the molten waste resin mixture; a step(ST120) of pressing the waste resin mixture that has been injected into the molding frame from the upper side; and a step(ST130) of circulating a refrigerant into the respective reinforcements to cool the waste resin mixture.</p> |
