A computer auto-booting system is provided to enable a user not to wait a booting time of a computer system by mutually recognizing a user recognition sensor chip in the computer system and a sensor that a user carries. A computer auto-booting system operates by mutually recognizing a user recognition sensor ship(1) which is placed inside a computer system and a sensor chip(2) that a user carries through a frequency.
