PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct disorder of a waveform period at the time of transmission of a serial digital signal at a fixed clock rate by using a low-cost and flexible device capable of being integrated and to easily correct the disorder even in the case of a wide transmission rate width. SOLUTION: A digital signal transmission device includes: a clock generation means 6 which generates a clock having a rate higher than a clock rate of a serial digital signal; a storage means 1 into which the input serial digital signal is written and from which the written serial digital signal is read out with the clock generated by the clock generation means 6 as a read clock; and a period control means 5 which controls a read address of the storage means 1 to increase/reduce the waveform period of the serial digital signal read out from the storage means 1.
