PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which has enhanced reliability of connection between a piezoelectric vibrator and a wiring board. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device 10 includes: a piezoelectric vibrator 20 having a piezoelectric vibration chip 30 having input/output terminals 32a and 32b of two terminals, a package 21 having a cavity 33 where the piezoelectric vibration chip 30 is stored, and mounting terminals 60 and 61 formed on a package lower surface 21a and electrically connected to each of input/output terminals 32a and 32b of two terminals; an electronic component 40 having a plurality of function terminals; the wiring board 50 having a first land pattern to which the each of plurality of function terminals is connected and a second land pattern to which the mounting terminals 60 and 61 are each connected; and a plurality of metal balls 35 which are disposed around the electronic component 40 and connect the mounting terminal 60 and 61 to the second land pattern, wherein the electronic component 40 is mounted on one surface 51 of the wiring board 50 and the piezoelectric vibrator 20 is disposed so as to cover the electronic component 40.
