PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device for easily adjusting an objective lens to be fixed to a lens holder. SOLUTION: In the optical pickup device provided with the lens holder 3 having an attachment hole 5 in which a lower surface of a condenser lens part 1a of an objective lens 1 having an annular flange part 1b protruded in a signal surface direction of an optical disk is inserted and which is supported by a supporting wire 4 so that the optical disk can be displaced in the signal surface direction and has a focus coil 7 provided thereon, a pair of protrusions 8a and 8b for adjustment on which the flange part 1b of the objective lens 1 is placed are provided in positions of a peripheral edge flat part 5a of the attachment hole 5 to be point symmetrical with respect to the center of an optical axis of the objective lens 1, the objective lens 1 is rotated and displaced based on the protrusions 8a and 8b and the flange part 1b is bonded to the lens holder 3 in such a state that the objective lens 1 is rotated in the optimal attachment position to fix the objective lens 1 to the lens holder 3.
