PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission/reception system and information transmission/reception program, capable of performing seamless distribution, such as distribution from one user's blog and homepage to a different (another) user's desktop. SOLUTION: Information 4 and a functional part 5 which are objects to be distributed are downloaded from an information processor 1 of a distribution source to one individual user 2a, and are further downloaded from the one individual user 2a to different individual users 2b and 2c, and at least either one between the information 4 and the functional part 5 of the distribution objects is made to spread in a tree diagram.
