PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower wherein water is prevented from accumulating in a recess provided with a heat sink in a blower case. SOLUTION: In the blower 11 provided with a fan 15 mounted on the output shaft of a motor, and a blower case 30 covering the fan 15. In a bottom wall 33 of the blower case 30, the outside of the outer diameter of the fan 15 is axially expanded from the part inside the outer diameter of the fan 15 in an axial direction of the fan 15 to form an expansion part 51. In the inside of the outer diameter of the fan 15 of the bottom wall 33, a recess 45 is formed in the circumferential direction. A heat sink 47 is provided in exposed state in the recess 45. A first drainage groove 53 and a second drainage groove 55 are made in the area from the recess 45 to the expansion part 51. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
