PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device which allows a user to easily handle one part of a functional device, which the user can handle, and inhibits the user from handling the remaining part of the functional device. SOLUTION: The toilet seat device is formed of: a casing 30 which is fixed to a rear upper surface of a Western style toilet bowl main body 10 and stores therein the functional device 20; and a toilet seat 60 which is rotatable with respect to the casing 30. The casing 30 is formed of a casing main body 40 and a cover 50. The casing main body 40 has: a right side surface 41R; a left side surface 41L; a rear surface 41B; a concealing portion 42 which is formed with openings 42a, 42b for exposing the one part of the functional device 20 and concealing the remaining part of the same; and an axially support portion 43 which rotatably supports the toilet seat 60. The cover 50 is arranged on the casing main body 40 so as to be displaceable between a closing state in which the concealing portion 42 is covered in a manner concealing the openings 42a, 42b of the casing main body 40, and an opening state in which the openings 42a, 42b are exposed.
