PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of a metal plate which is a low cost cleaning method small in environmental load without using a glycol based or alcohol based organic solvent and by which holes of a printing pattern having vary small width such as 0.22 mm width or 0.14 mm width are finely cleaned, and to provide a cleaning apparatus for the metal plate and a gas/liquid jetting nozzle for cleaning the metal plate. SOLUTION: The method of cleaning the metal plate 1 used for printing a printing wiring board with cream solder is carried out by mixing alkaline water and compressed air in an alkaline water jetting nozzle 14 to micronize the alkaline water and spraying at high speed the micronized alkaline water from the alkaline water jetting nozzle 14 toward the metal plate 1.
