PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently apply a large quantity of application liquid to hair for application by leaving a puddle of the application liquid in brush bristles. SOLUTION: The liquid applicator 1 is to apply the application liquid to the hair for application with the brush bristles 3 planted on a core material 2. The brush bristles 3 are planted in the core material 2 made of a plurality of spirals. The liquid applicator 1 has a brush mixture part 30 in which brush bristles 3a in one spiral and brush bristles 3b in the other spiral, facing each other, have the same length. Alternatively, the liquid applicator 1 has the brush mixture part 30 in which the brush bristle 3a in one spiral and the brush bristles 3b in the other spiral, facing each other, have different lengths from each other.
