Disclosed is an inorganic powder-containing resin composition containing conductive particles having an average particle diameter of 2-4 µm, glass particles having a refractive index of 1.5-1.8, a binder resin having a Tg of from -50°C to 50°C, a photopolymerizable monomer having a Tg after curing of from 0°C to 100°C, and a photopolymerization initiator. Also disclosed are a pattern forming method using such an inorganic powder-containing resin composition, and a method for manufacturing an FPD component using such a pattern forming method. The inorganic powder-containing resin composition enables to suitably form an electrode having an excellent pattern shape. The pattern forming method enables to form a highly precise pattern. The method for manufacturing an electrode for FPD enables to form a highly precise pattern and to obtain an electrode for FPD having excellent surface uniformity.
