#CMT# #/CMT# The casing (10) accommodating the magnetic core (12) is a single-piece, cup-like construction. At the open edge of the cup, there is an internally-projecting profile. The core (or its optional core holder) has an outwardly-projecting external profile. These projecting profiles are matched to fit together, forming a bayonet fastening. In one position of rotary alignment (D), the core slides into the magnetic casing along a direction (L) aligned with its length. In a second position of rotary alignment, contact between profile faces, blocks movement in the longitudinal direction (L). #CMT#USE : #/CMT# A head construction for a solenoid valve. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# Tightly-fitting construction is achieved by simple design. Assembly is completed economically, easily and rapidly. The single-piece construction of the casing is also simple, cost-effective and precise. A spring washer further assists assembly and final location. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a simplified longitudinal cross section of the solenoid valve head. 10 : casing 12 : magnetic core 14 : solenoid D : rotary alignment L : longitudinal direction. |
