A reinforced earth block having a binding device is provided to support many reinforced earth retaining wall structures strongly, to increase the binding strength between reinforced earth blocks and reinforcement materials, and to prevent the collapse or deformation of blocks caused by the separation of reinforcement materials. A reinforced earth block comprise an outward portion(210) provided with a first injection hole(212) filled with reinforced soil, projections(214) formed on two sides of the first injection hole to be projected upward and concave grooves formed on the part corresponding to the projections to be retreated, an intermediate portion(230) formed integrally with the outward portion at one end and provided with a second injection hole(232) filled with reinforced soil, and an inward portion(220) formed integrally with the other end of the intermediate portion.
