A liquid composition comprising (a) 21 to 70 parts by weight of a solvent having no nitrogen atom in the molecule and having a carbonyl or sulfonyl group, (b) 30 to 78.9 parts by weight of at least one component selected from the group consisting of a non-cyclic alcohol, an alkylene glycol, a polyalkylene grlycol, a triol, a glycol monoacetate and a glycol monoalkyl ether, (c) 0.001 to 30 parts by weight of a physiologically active ingredient and (d) 0.001 to 49 parts by weight of water. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009 |
