An apparatus of capturing flying insect is provided to increase the capturing harmful insect capability and to prevent the unnecessary operation of the external device. An apparatus of capturing flying insect comprises: a body housing in which the inlet port in which the insect comes is formed; an induction unit(120) decoying insect into the main body inner structure of the housing; a capture unit(130) which is equipped within the body housing, and catches the insect induced to the main body inner structure of the housing by the induction unit; a connection unit(144) which is equipped on the body housing and connects the predetermined external device(170); and a connecting unit(140) having a controller(142) controlling the external device connected to the connection unit.
