PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensation processing device capable of preventing mixing of serum and blood clot when detecting specimen suction clogging in the middle of dispensation processing, to thereby prevent an influence to be exerted on an analysis result, concerning the dispensation processing device for dispensing an specimen from a container containing the specimen such as blood or urine sampled for inspection into another container. SOLUTION: In this system, the kind of a parent specimen container and regurgitation speed are registered, and when detecting specimen clogging during suction of a parent specimen, regurgitation is performed at the registered regurgitation speed.
