PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor adapted to be capable of recording Web log data with current location data, even if a portable communication terminal has no GPS function, and disclosing it to a portable user site. SOLUTION: The data processor 200 acquires current location data PP of the portable communication terminal 100 which transmits Web log data WL by an existing cellular phone service or the like, discloses the current location data PP on the portable user site YS together with the Web log data WL. Therefore, the Web log data WL can be disclosed with the current location data PP. Despite this, there is no need for a general user to manually input the current location data PP to the portable communication terminal 100, nor for the portable communication terminal 100 to indispensably have the GPS function.
