PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric telescopic-adjustment type steering device capable of stably absorbing impact energy when an impact load acts on a steering wheel. SOLUTION: The electric telescopic-adjustment type steering device is provided with a steering column 12, having an outer column 12a and an inner column 12b freely telescopically coupled with each other, and an electric actuator 50 for expanding/contracting the outer column and the inner column. The electric actuator 50 is provided with a contraction part 59 having a rod part 58b, which is contracted when an impact load is inputted so as to absorb impact energy, and an outer cylindrical part 58a externally fitted onto the rod part. The contraction part 59 of the electric actuator is provided with an impact absorbing member 62, arranged between the rod part 58b and the outer cylindrical part 58a so as to absorb impact energy, and a bush 61 juxtaposed to the impact absorbing member 62 between the rod part 58b and the outer cylindrical part 58a.
