PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately acquire the controlled variables of brake torque and driving source torque while avoiding the interference of brake torque control and driving source torque control in a traction control device for a vehicle for preventing the generation of any excessive slip by controlling the driving force of a power source and the brake force of a driving wheel whose excessive flip is about to generate when the excessive slip of the driving wheel is about to generate. SOLUTION: Target driving wheel torque arithmetic parts 32A and 32C calculate target driving wheel torque for every driving wheel by comparing the target driving wheel speed with a driving wheel speed, and a controlled variable distribution determination part 33 decides the distribution of the output torque of a power source and the brake torque of a wheel brake for each driving wheel based on the target driving wheel torque, and determines power source torque controlled variables and brake torque controlled variables, and adjusts the output torque of a driving source based on the power source torque controlled variables, and adjusts the brake force of the wheel brake for the driving wheel based on the brake torque controlled variables.
