PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercommunication device capable of preventing howling, being downsized, and improving tone quality and efficiency. SOLUTION: The intercommunication device A includes an interconnection module MJ, and a device main member A2 housing the interconnection module MJ. The interconnection module MJ includes a housing A1 composed of a resin molding body A10 and a cover A11, a speaker SP disposed in the module main member A1, a rear air chamber Br formed on a side opposite to a vibration plane side of the speaker SP in the module main member A1, a microphone M2, a microphone M1 disposed closely to the speaker SP with respect to the microphone M2, a voice processing section 10 performing voice processing of removing a voice component going around from the speaker SP using a voice component collected by the microphones M1, M2, and the acoustic tube 40, closed at one end thereof and opening at the other end thereof, disposed in the rear air chamber Br separately from the housing A1 and being flexible at at least a part thereof.
