PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercommunication device capable of increasing a radiated sound pressure and improving an anti-howl back effect by suppressing a speaker sound leaking to outside a housing. SOLUTION: A module MJ of the intercommunication device A has, in the housing A1, a speaker SP for outputting voice information transmitted from the outside, a microphone M1, a microphone M2 disposed remotely from the speaker SP with respect to the microphone M1, a voice processing section 10 for transmitting a voice signal of the microphone M2 to the outside with a voice signal from the microphone M1 removed. The module MJ outputs the voice information from on one side of the speaker SP to outside the housing A1. The housing A1 is constructed by abutting a body A10 and a cover A11 to each other, and includes a rear air chamber Br as a space formed on the other side of the speaker SP in the housing A1, and an elastic section 60 pressed in the rear air chamber Br between abutment surfaces of the body A10 and the cover A11.
