PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting a volume knob and to adjust torque for preventing unexpected movement of the knob. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped elastic member 11 is provided between a rotary knob 2 to be mounted on a shaft 12 of a volume 10 and a nut 12 to be attached to a bearing 14 of the shaft 13. The elastic member 11 has slip parts 21 and reinforcing parts 22 provided on and under a torque generation part 20 formed throughout the circumference of the ring. The slip parts 21 and reinforcing parts 22 have ribs 21a and 22a orthogonal to a circumferential direction of the ring formed and tapered on the outer periphery of the ring, and the slip parts 21 reduce friction with the knob 2 when attaching the knob 2. In this case, the torque generation part 20 is supported by the reinforcing parts 22 not to be pushed down when pressed by the knob 2. Thus mounting the knob 2 is facilitated, and torque can be adjusted for preventing unexpected movement of the knob 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
