PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for reducing the burden of storing rejected coins on staff in deposit processing as well as improving the operation efficiency of a cash processor. SOLUTION: A cash processor is provided with a coin handling section 7 having a feeding section 12 for feeding inserted coins one by one, an examination section 13 for performing various examinations for coins fed by the feeding section 12, and a reject storage 22 for collecting rejected coins that are determined as abnormal in the examination section 13. In the cash processor, a packing section 30 having a printing section is provided on the downstream of a discharge passage 26 of the reject storage 22. In the packing section 30, rejected coins are packed, in a unit of transaction, into a storage bag on which a transaction number given for each transaction unit is printed by the printing section, and then ejected to an ejection port 32.
