PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit which corresponds to two communication systems and can be miniaturized, and to provide a radio communication apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: The amplifier circuit 100 is provided with: a first amplifier device 11; a second amplifier device 21; and an output side common matching circuit 40 to be switched to a first impedance conversion state for converting into a desired output impedance in communication of a first communication system and a second impedance conversion state for converting into a desired output impedance in communication of a second communication system. The amplifier circuit 100 is switched into a first amplification state in which the first amplifier device 11 operates and the output side common matching circuit 40 is switched into the first impedance conversion state, and a second amplification state in which the second amplifier device 21 operates and the output side common matching circuit 40 is switched into the second impedance conversion state. Since the output side common matching circuit 40 can be shared in communication of two communication systems, the small amplifier circuit 100 can correspond to the two communication systems.
