PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw driving device capable of relieving a mutual difference in feed accuracy between a plurality of mutual ball screws, in a ball screw driving device for joining and driving the plurality of ball screws in parallel. SOLUTION: This ball screw driving device 20 has a heat exchange means. This heat exchange means has a cooling medium flow passage 12 formed in a screw shaft 2 of the respective ball crews 1, and a cooling system 14 for forcibly circulating a cooling medium to its flow passage 12 and capable of relatively varying the temperature or the flow of the respective cooling media. This cooling system 14 manages so that a temperature difference of the mutual respective balls screws 1 is approximated to a thermal expansion quantity corresponding to a mutual difference in a typical moving distance by controlling the temperature or the flow of the respective cooling media.
