PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health care implement having titanium alone as a stimulating particle material capable of alleviating tension in a neck, a shoulder and a hip even if anyone uses it and there is a difference of 2-3 mm in skin thickness of the neck, the shoulder, and the hip between individuals. SOLUTION: The health care implement of this invention is composed of stimulating particles of titanium alone and a dome spheroidal part is formed on a columnar disk which is fixed on an adhesive tape surface by pressure, and it is characterized by that the dispersion strength on which the spheroidal part acts is changed from gradual increase to rapid increase when the disk is pressed from the border to the column.
